The difference is simply how involved you'd like us to be once the design is complete.

Our Design Service provides everything you need to confidently deliver your renovation yourself, including the drawings, specifications and design information your contractor will need. This service doesn’t include site visits, design coordination or assistance with delivery.

Design & Delivery is our full service solution and includes everything in Design Service, with the addition of procurement, contractor liaison, site coordination, installation support and final styling. We remain involved throughout the project to help bring every detail together, making sure you feel supported at every step.

Absolutely.

Our ‘Design Service’ is flexible. Many clients begin with Design Service and decide they'd like additional support once the project is underway.

We can supply finishes and fixtures, procure furniture, carry out site visits and attend contractor meetings, review first fix works or key stages of progress or support with deliveries, assembly and installation works. We're happy to become more involved at any stage of your project.

Yes. Complete Design is specifically created for clients who are happy to manage the implementation of their project themselves.

We'll provide a comprehensive specification detailing the products we've selected, allowing you to purchase retail items directly from suppliers at your own pace.

If you'd prefer us to manage ordering and supplier communication, this can be added through our Procurement Service.
