We were appointed to design, project manage and implement a contemporary studio apartment within the grounds of an existing property.
Our brief was to design a self-contained, contemporary apartment located in
a cliff-side location underneath an existing property to accommodate up to four guests. Extensive excavation and a new concrete structure formed the apartment whilst supporting the property above. We designed the architectural concept and space planning layout.
Working to stringent planning regulations and various structural requirements, the design team gave careful consideration to the shape and layout of the space. Everything has been designed with the ultimate goal of creating a spacious yet practical interior feeling light, luxurious and comfortable.
