Full refurbishment of a lateral apartment within a Grade II listed building.
Best of Houzz 2019 and SBID Design Awards 2018 Finalist. We were appointed to fully renovate a large grade II listed apartment to a turnkey specification.
We were appointed to re-design a large lateral apartment set within a grade II listed Edwardian building. The property had been recently converted from office use to residential apartments and lacked personality. The brief was to create a luxurious home with a masculine edge and a 'five star hotel' feel. The design had to be beautiful yet practical, catering for the everyday, functional requirements of our client’s busy lifestyle. Formerly an Edwardian school, the building had beautiful architectural features which we enhanced with traditional inspired design executed in a modern style.
We created new layouts for each room, architectural specifications throughout, lighting design to suit the new layout and full decoration specifications. We restored the original sash windows and designed bespoke joinery to provide ample storage. A new contemporary kitchen allowed our client to enjoy their passion for cooking and entertaining. We furnished the apartment throughout, including a full turnkey finish down to the specialist artwork and accessories providing a professionally styled home.
